Hi expers:

When the Lm61460 work in 2.1Mhz, 5-V output.

Can I use ‘6-10μF’ capactiors to replace ‘3-22μF’ capactiors ？

Hello,

Yes you can use 6 x 10uF. Please make sure that the voltage rating of the MLCC capacitors are at least rated for at least double the expected bias voltage. So in this case the MLCC capacitors should be 10V rated.
