Thank you for the reply. How about this calculation below?

1. t_line_switch is 8.6μs when t_PWM is 8μs, t_SW_BLK is 0.5μs and t_phase_shift is 0.05μs.

2. 18 t_line_switch duration is needed to make 1 t_sub_period'. Thus, t_sub_period' is 154.8μs

3. t_sub_period is 309.6μs when Scan_line# is 2.

4. To detect the LED open(LOD) and the LED short(LSD), continual 4 sub-periods are required. Thus, at least 1238.4μs is required to detect one LED open or one LED short.
