Could you help suggest suitable products ,

Automotive displays must pass VSCC 56-3 The car power supply provides DC 24V, and the motherboard provides DC 12V.

So DC to DC Converter is needed

However, when the front-end 24V comes in, it needs to be isolated and protected.

Car power supply provides 24V > Isolation > DC to DC 24V to 12V > AD Board

You have not specified how much power is needed? I assume the power is low because you proposed UCC14240-Q1 in your E2E thread title. UCC14240-Q1 is rated for 1.5W but can't handle the conversion ratio from 24V to 12V. If the 24V regulated and fixed? If the3 LV side can produce a regulated 12V then you can use UCC14131-Q1.

If the you only have 24V available on the LV side and you need more than 1.5W, how about considering UCC25800-Q1? UCC25800-Q1 is an open loop LLC driver that uses an external transformer and can process about 6W of output power from 24V input. TI isolated converters, modules and drivers are summarized here to help with your selection.

72W is not happening from any bias supply solution. Bias supply modules are limited to about 2.5W and drivers are limited to about 9W. 24V to 12V, 72W needs a power converter and based on the low input voltage I would suggest a push-pull topology. I would also suggest to try TI Power Stage Designer to evaluate the power stage performance of whichever converter topology you choose.
