REF54: device recommend

Hi team,

Our customer need a 2.5V reference device with a small package.

The output voltage noise less than 50uV. The temperature drift is as small as possible.

I recommend Ref54 but it too big for customer. And I also recommend Ref3325 but the noise performance not suit customer request.

Could you give me some advice about that?
