TPS65261: What causes the V7V to have no output? At present, we have checked VDIV, but there is still no output of V7V. See the schematic diagram in the attachment: please help review

Thanks for reaching out! V7V will work when (EN1 or EN2 or EN3) is high, in other words, one of ENx is high, V7V will output. For example, try to pull EN1 high first or leave EN1 floating.
