UCD3138: effect on if source/sink current capability on IO pins is not enough

just want to double check the only effect is voltage will be lower when source/sink current is beyond the capability of IO, right? Thanks.

Yes, the voltage on the pin is lower when source more current (Logic HIGH) or higher when sinking more current (Logic LOW).
