I'm designing battery stand-alone charger for removable Li-ION battery (single cell).
my questions:
1. Am I understood correctly that the BQ24123 has internal pull-down on pin 13 (CELLS), so I can leave this pin floated?
2. The BQ24123 datasheet recommends to add protection TVS (MMBZ18VALT1) between pins OUT and PGND. The recommend part is double TVS (SOT23 package). Do you recommend to tie both cathodes togeter, or to apply only one TVS, as on the attached schematic?
