LP8764-Q1: PMIC SCALABLE GUI SOFTWARE NOT EXECUTING WITH INSTALLED TICLOUDAGENT SOFTWARE

My laptop do have Ticloudagent already installed as well as the TICloudagent bridge is already active in the browser extension.
Still when I try to use the Scalable PMIC GUI via the web link
I am getting the popup window flagging that a newer version is available etc etc..
For some reason, I am not able to execute the downloaded file (Even though I have administrative privilege available in my laptop). I am part of the administrator group.
This is causing a lot of work being blocked. Is it possible to help with making this work ?
Our IT tried to help me, but not successful so far.
Is it possible to execute the Scalable PMIC GUI app to execute successfully with the version of the TICloudAgent software that is already installed and available ?
I can also see that the Web extension is also active in the browser.

    I saw your other post and I understand the urgency to get the GUI up and running.

    Try this link for the newer version (web link for V4.0.0)

    If not the web version for the V4.0.0, please try running it locally after installing the GUI via this link here: (click me for setup)

    Is it possible to execute the Scalable PMIC GUI app to execute successfully with the version of the TICloudAgent software that is already installed and available ?

    Could you try the above and if it doesn't work uninstall both Ticloudagent  & TICloudagent bridge and wait for the software to prompt for the update?

    Looks like the issue is with some type of access restriction imposed by our IT department in uninstalling or installing the TIcloudagent software. 

    I am still working with the IT team to fix that issue. Till that is fixed, the only way forward for me to see if the installed software can be used instead of needing an update

    as of right now, can you try different versions of the Scalable GUI available on the TI website since you're unavailable for local execution or the reinstallation for the cloudagent software?

    I believe that the software should be compatible with the previous versions of the GUI.

    Looks like I am able to install 4.0.0 software as you suggested yesterday. But when I run the software, I do not see any other app opening up. May be some issue in installation

    I have no issues from my end, but that's possible, I'm guessing there were no prompts telling you of blocked downloads?

    I completely uninstalled my previous GUI and all components relating to this before installing from the link I posted above, although it did take quite sometime for all of the components to download from the internet.

    It is under the nwjs application on Windows 10.

    What is the OS or any other relevant details?
