I want to design a bms with bq79616 cell monitor-balancer for 16 cells. I can access the design files with TIDA-010271. I want to use active balancing, but I think the chip I want to use only supports passive balancing.
I wanted to use the active balancing provided for bq76pl536, but this time I cannot access the altium design files etc. of this chip.
My exact question is, what components should I use for an active balanced design for 16 cells? How can I make the design in the simplest way? I would be glad if you could help me. Thank you.
