UCC27211: Tmon Tmoff detailed information asking

Part Number: UCC27211
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27282, , UCC27201A

Hi experts,

My customer is evaluating UCC27211 and UCC27282, they want below info:

1. Tmon and Tmoff vs. temperature figure

2. Distribution figure of Tmon and Tmoff, better with specific testing temperature.

Many thanks!

BR,

Victoria

  • Hey Victoria,

Thank you for your question regarding UCC27211 and UCC27282.

    1. The Tmon and Tmoff vs Temperature figure is in Section 7.10 Typical Characteristics in the UCC27211 datasheet. This graph is not provided the UCC27282 datasheet.

    2. Can you please explain what distribution you are looking to see?

What is your system application and needs? We have the UCC27201A also that has a 1ns delay matching specification. The delay matching vs temperature graph is in Section 6.6 Typical Characteristics on this datasheet.

Let me know if there are any further questions.

    Thank you,

    William Moore

  • This graph is not provided the UCC27282 datasheet.

Do we have internal test data about this figure? Customer cares about this spec.

Can you please explain what distribution you are looking to see?

It looks like below. We promoted UCC27282 and 27211 for about one year to this customer and finally they open test window for us recently. Meanwhile customer is also evaluating SCT, MPS half bridge gate driver in micro inverter machine. Customer wants to know the uniformity. Could you pls also provide if there is data?

    BR,

    Victoria

  • Hey Victoria,

I have reached out to our test team about this data you are looking for.

While I am gathering this information, would you mind sharing more information on their system like a schematic or block diagram and operating conditions such as power levels, voltage levels and switching frequencies?

Let me know if you have any further questions at this time.

    Thank you,

    William Moore

  • Hey Victoria,

I was able to find this data. Please transition this to email so that I am able to share this data with you and we can discuss this further there if needed.

    Thank you,

    William Moore

  • Hi William,

Sure. Thanks for your support! I will start a email thread.
