Hi,

I want to use Part Number:-CSD95492QVM for our New design, But recommended thermal data ( Junction Temperature (Tj), θJB (°C/W), θJC (°C/W)) and power in watt are not available in data sheet, so can you please suggest recommended value for CSD95492QVM ASAP?

The reason why we cannot provide the datasheet on the forum is because it is NDA protected. Are you trying to email vr@list.ti.com?
