LMR43610-Q1: PGOOD logic dependency

Part Number: LMR43610-Q1

Hello Team,

one question rised up:

Is the PGOOD logic block of the LMR43610-Q1 Independent from EN-pin?

Means if EN pin is de-actived also PGOOD will be switched off (driven by the EN-logic)

or

is PGOOD a comparator logic which measures only valid output voltage and is independent from the enable logic

working as a stand-alone supervisor part.

Many Thanks for clarification and BR

Josef

  • Hi Josef,

Power Good is EN related. When EN is pulled low, the power-good flag output is also forced low. You can refer to more details in the datasheet section 8.3.4 Power-Good Output Operation and Table 8-3.
