TPS5430-EP: About the absolute maximum rating of PH of TPS5430-EP

Hello,

I'm currently using TPS5430DDA.
However, since it is difficult to obtain, I am considering using TPS5430-EP.
Looking at the TPS5430-EP data sheet, the absolute maximum rating for PH is -1.2V.
The TPS5430DDA has an absolute maximum rating of -4.0V for PH, and the values are different.
(Question)
Is it correct to think that the absolute maximum rating of PH for TPS5430-EP is -4.0V?

Hi Kai,

Yes these two devices share the same die and -1.2V should be the typical value. You can also consider newer devices as these two devices are quite old.
