Customer use the LMR14050SDDAR with -10℃ and can not find the current vs temp data,could you pls kindly help to provide it?

Hello Ning,

We guarantee the specifications in the electrical table in the datasheet. limits in the table below are between -40C to125C

Hello Ning,

If you see the PEAK current on the left scope shot for example, it's up at around the typ value of 7.9A, this PEAK current can be as high as 9.7A at cold and as low as 6.2A at hot. We guarantee results to be within the stated bounds mentioned.
