Hi,

Need design review of the below design:

This circuit is used to power a LTE modem, where there is huge inrush current during startup, as high as 3A, need to make sure this circuit can handle it.

Also the input voltage can vary between 3.3V to 4.2V.

We are trying to send this board to FAB in the next 2 days. So a review would really help.

    Hi SHYAM R,

    The schematic looks good to me. If your input voltage varied to 3V, the output will be lower than 3.3V since device could not support 100% duty cycle.

    It should be ok with 3A inrush current during start up since soft start time is 0.93ms-2.9ms for TPS566238.
