BQ25172: About BQ25172 OUT PIN rating with 1 cell charge setting.

Hi in-charge person.
Please let me know the BQ25172 OUT PIN rating with 1 cell charge setting.
In our development environment, BQ25172 OUT PIN may are input 2~3V voltage without Power supply.
We need to know the possibility of failure or malfunction in above situations.
As reference, BQ25172
       VSET pin : connect F47k ohm resistor to GND 
       TMR pin  : connect F27k ohm resistor to GND 
       I SET pin  :connect F2.7k ohm resistor to GND
       TS pin : connect NTC as specification sheet reference.
       STAT pin : connect LED control circuit.

    Hi Takashi

    The OUT pin is rated for 13V max, 2 to 3V will not be a problem.

    VSET pin : connect F47k ohm resistor to GND  --- 1 cell + intermittent charge
    TMR pin  : connect F27k ohm resistor to GND  --- 6 hr
    I SET pin  :connect F2.7k ohm resistor to GND --- Charge current 111mA
    TS pin : connect NTC as specification sheet reference. -- OK
    STAT pin : connect LED control circuit. -- OK
