Hi, Im using TPS7B81 for 12V to 3.3V conversion in automotive application. Do i need any EMI filter for this application if i need to comply with CISPR25 class5 standard.

    Hi Rockz,

    Like most LDOs TPS7B81 does not have any switching components and should not contribute significantly to EMI emissions. The need for an EMI filter for any standards compliance is likely going to be dictated by other components in your system which have high frequency switching.
