Gold finish thickness would be nice to have also

Is this for something like calculating a Theta JC(top)?
It is more simple for us to find that parameter than what you are asking for.

If its for a material content we have collateral specific to that.

I am asking for gold thickness for the purpose of it's effect on radiation performance, not thermal performance.

Assuming the metal cover is gold plated, do you have a feel for how much the gold plating affects those test?
