some question need your confirmation:
1. In the sample and hold circuit integrated in TPS61390, what is the shortest sampling trigger time (trigger pulse width)? Is it 350ns as mentioned in the datasheet? If the trigger time is only 50ns, how much impact will it have on the accuracy of the sampling value?
2. do we have a standard SW waveform that can be referred to ?
Hi Dane,
The sample high duration of 350ns(typical) is the needed for MON1/2 to sense the APD current and setup the voltage. 50ns is too short.
You can see that in the following image, at 50ns after the sample signal is high, the MON1 voltage is much less than the final value(around 1.5V).
2. do we have a standard SW waveform that can be referred to ?
Do you mean the voltage waveform at SW pin (pin8)? May I check why customer need the SW waveform?
