Hey Pranjali,

For the SPICE model, you can use the non -Q1 version's model:

PSpice for TI, as well as most simulators, have the ability to run monte carlo analysis. Our simulation models do not have this capability, however. If they need the monte carlo analysis on setpoint, we can do that with my setpoint designer tool. Anything else would require a transistor level simulation.
