Our design team is planning to use the below mentioned devices in one of their designs.
1. TLC7701MPWREP
2. TLC7701QPWREP
3. TLC7733QPWREP
But before proceeding ahead, they would like to know the ESD Rating (HBM Model) for the above devices.
Please provide the ESD rating (HBM Model) for the above 3 devices as requested.
I am requesting this info, since this detail is not available in the datasheet nor TI Website.
