UCD90120: Weight of component for preliminary design.

I'm performing a preliminary study for a PCB and I would need the weight of one component. -UCD90120-
But I cannot find them on datasheets. How can I find these values? Thank you.

we do not recommend UCD90120 for any new design and please use UCD90120A which is P2P.

Sorry to bother you again. Now I need the weight of this component -AM69A78ATMGHAALYR- and I am not able to find it in the link you provided.
If it is not possible to know the exact weight, could you give me an approximation?
