  • Hello Sanchit,

Can you send the project file you are trying to use?

Are you trying to flash the source or the sink side?

Have you followed the steps in the EVM User Guide?User Guide

Do you have the jumper configured for source or sink?

    Best Regards,

    Christian

  • Hi Christian,

I am trying to flash the bin file for source PD controller.

Yes tried following the steps in User guide.

Jumper is configured to source side.

    Below steps followed:

    1. Projects -> New Project -> TPS65987DDH -> TIDA-050012 Source Board

After this the project is getting loaded

Then Binary -> Flash From Binary File -> browsing TPS65987_88_F707_10_10.bin

Not able to flash, and getting error  shown in Capture 5

Let me know if any other way to do it.

  • Hello,

I recommend uninstalling an reinstalling the GUI software and drivers.

After you do this can you select "Adapter " at the top of the screen and run the 12C address sweep test?

If you see similar results, try to flash the USB-C-PD-DUO-EVM again.

If you are not able to flash the EVM, can you provide a picture of the sweep test?

    Best Regards,

    Christian
