Hi team,

I have a customer who needs an alternate for the XC9263A75CMR-G. The footprint would need to be around the same, which is in a SOT-25 and a 5-pin configuration of Vin, Enable Soft Start, FB, GND, Switching output.

Input voltage range: 3-18V

Output Current: 500mA

1.2MHz SW Freq

Type A: Integral Latch Method

    Just to add additional context, the pinout is the most important piece here. A 6-pin part with the same configuration will still do the trick. This design is already in production and trying to avoid a board spin

    Hi Macro,

    We do not have such part of SOT235 pkg at present. For TI SOT236 part, TPS563240 would be similar with this competitor but not P2P and No SS&PG function either. For SOT563 part, TPS563252 would be similar with competitor but not P2P either.

    Could you please help to persuade customer to evaluate TPS563252?
