TPS659037: TPS6590378ZWSR HI-Z for in-circuit test

Regarding the TPS6590378ZWSR - is there a pin or pins that can be held during powerup at in-circuit test to force the outputs to HI-Z?

I checked the datasheet, but it is not real clear on this.

Unfortunately, the device doesn't have a pin or pins that can be held during powerup at in-circuit test to force the outputs to HI-Z.

Hmm. That's a bit of a surprise that this was not taken into consideration.

There will be a lot of backdriving to that device during in-circuit test.
