LMQ61460: Question about input capacitor

Hello team,

I have question about input capacitors. In my understanding, LMQ61460 has internal 22nF bypass cap at the each input pin, but LM61460 does not.

I just looked at LM61460EVM and LMQ61460, but both EVM schematic has same 22nF caps for input side. Why 22nF caps are still needed for LMQ61460 even if it has internal caps?

If internal bypass cap is only for reducing EMI, are external HPF caps still required for LMQ61460?
