UCC28070A: Is there any application note or reference for 1.5KW AC/DC using GAN FET ?

I could not find any app-note or reference design using any version of UCC28070 at any power level using GaN FETs.
However, the main difference for design is the method for driving GaN FETs compared to the more common Si FETs.

Depending on the specific GaN FET chosen, the driving signal should be adapted to match that FET.  Some GaN FETs already have built-in drivers so the interface to the UCC28070 outputs can be very simple.  For those GaN FETs without internal drivers, an appropriate external driver will be necessary and can be selected from the TI driver catalog.  

Aside form the drivers, all other design considerations are the same as described in the datasheet and Excel Design tool.
