LM25117EVAL: How to Increase Output Voltage to 28V at 12A

I would like to increase the output voltage to ~28V with a constant current of close to 12 amps. Can I change the resistance values of the voltage divider (R16 and R17 of the LM25117 demo board)? There are no LMV431 type devices on the board to use to set up the CV levels. 

Any support is appreciated.
