1. We are looking for part with Dead time feature of around 400nsec, Shoot through protection.
What is the max dead time setting can be done with UCC21530 IC?
Some datasheets we can see dead time with respect to resistor values at DT pin.
We can see 20K resistor value only.
2. Is there any part with dead time of around 400nsec and shoot through protection integrated?

1. The recommended range for the DT resistor resistance value is 500Ohm - 500kOhm. (With a 500kOhm resistor, the deadtime would be 5us)
For a deadtime configuration of 400ns, the corresponding DT resistor resistance value would be 40kOhm.
This was calculated using the following equation:
2. Besides the deadtime interlock function, there are no dual channel isolated gate drivers with an additional integrated shoot through protection. If using a single channel device is a possibility, I would recommend looking into the ISO5x5x or UCC217xx families, as they feature additional protection such as active miller clamps.
