    Thanks for reaching out.

    I am wondering if you want to use a active clamping forward structure. If so, please refer PMP23278 reference design for the secondary side and the transformer.

    Hi Diang,

    I have add the secondary  circuit which is used in PMP23278 reference design and on the power IC TPS23734 is Instantly not work I remove the secondary circuit and change the IC after that we have added a diode (40V/3Amps) to transformer output and then connect the secondary circuit the circuit is working fine but IC is heating without load.

    Both reference Images is attached.

    Hi Sandeep, 

    Thanks for your information.

    I think the transformer you selected (PA2467NL) is for flyback converter instead of forward converter. I think the transformer may cause the failure when you use PMP23278's secondary side.  

    If you want to use the forward converter, I would recommend you to change the transformer as well.
