Hello,

Our customer have a question about how long will the 400mA current will last to keep the soft turn off function, is that the time when gate voltage equals to the VEE+2v （Miller clamp activated)?

    Correct - you can check the below attached picture from the UCC21750 datasheet. Soft turn-off will end when gate voltage reaches the Miller Clamp voltage threshold.
