    Hi Robin,

    I have one small question before suggesting any device. Is quick discharge an important feature for the customer's end application. DPS1113 provides this feature but TPS2597 doesn't. We do have some other device with Quick Output discharge (QOD) feature.

    not really sure by now, can i get some rough suggestion as most close solution? if only TPS2597?

    Hi Robin, 

    Let me provide you with some options. 

    • Yes, TPS2597 can be used as it covers all the basic features. It won't provide reverse current blocking. 
    • TPS2595X5 is similar device but also provide output quick discharge feature. (but Imax is 4A)
    • TPS25948 is better suited for USB PD applications. Above two recommendations won't provide you reverse current blocking, but this device will. (DPS1113 has reverse current blocking) 

    Please understand, I will require features or application or operating conditions to provide you with proper recommendation. 

    I tried searching for cross reference in our tool and I got TPS66020 suggestion. Please confirm this by creating new query with this device number. I cannot tell you much about this device as I am also not very familiar with it.
