TPS54678: length on below package

Hi team, 

just want to know min length of below package ( see red).  customer requirement is 0.2mm. if do calculation as shown here,   3.1（2.9）- ( 1.65+/-0.1 ) -  0.5(0.3) * 2 = 0.15mm min which cannot meet the requirement. Thanks.

    Hi Given,

    This is a rather old device which has not been a problem to manufacture for any customer that I am aware of.  Who is your customer?  Can they use a newer device, such as TPS62869?

    As well, that drawing shows the spacing on the IC.  It is not the land pattern on the customer PCB.  That recommendation is shown a few pages later and is > 0.2mm spacing.
