BQ34Z100-G1: The error between FCC and actual capacity exceeds 10%

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

Dear Expert

We do below test .

Discharge process:
1.`At the beginning, the FCC of the battery pack was 3850mAh.When discharged to 83% SOC, the FCC suddenly updated to 3370mAh.
2.When discharged to 7% SOC, the FCC is updated to 3728mAh.
3.At the end of discharge, the FCC is 3834mAh, with an error of less than 2% from the actual capacity.

Charging process:
1.The charging current is 2A.
2.The SOC jumps directly from 0% to 3%, and the FCC is updated to 3950mAh.
3.Continue charging to 100%, FCC remains unchanged.
4.When FC is set, FCC is updated to 3443mAh, and the error between SOC and actual capacity exceeds 10%.
We conducted two cycles, charging according to 2A and discharging according to 4A. At the end of discharge, the FCC update is basically around 3850mAh, with very little error compared to the actual situation. However, when fully charged and FC is set, the error between FCC and actual capacity exceeds 10%.

Could u hlep analyze why the error between FCC and actual capacity exceeds 10%.
