TPS2660: TVS and Schottky selection guide

Please give me some suggestions for Efuse application (48VIN).

1. TVS selection for input side

a. Reverse voltage 

b. Breakdown voltage

c. Clamp voltage 

2. Schottky for output side side

a. Reverse voltage

b. Surge current

c. Forward voltage

    Hi Adam,

    For TVS you can use TVS calculator on product page on ti.com. 

    Schottky:

    Choose one with VF close to minimum VOUT of eFuse. Reverse voltage greater than max VIN. IFSM should be 1.5*IFASTTRIP.
