Hi team,

I am going to calculate the Power dissipation for TPS51396ARJET buck regulator.  Please share the formula to find out the power dissipation, that not specified in data sheet.

    The specific formula of internal loss is related to the specific parameters of the mosfet. However, since TPS51396A is a converter, we cannot provide customers with specific internal parameters, so I recommend that you use Webench to obtain the loss results. Hope this can help. Thanks.
