We are designing a functional safety-relevant system using TPS65381A-Q1 PMIC and TMS320F280037-Q1 MCU. Is there any FMEA and FMEDA documentation available currently? My local TI representative directed me here. Also, EMI EMC recommendations as well as test reports are helpful.

Hi Binil,

For the PMIC we have an FMEDA document available on my secure. However, you are going to need to have your local TI representative give you access to that document. For EMI/EMC we only really have the DPI evaluation https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva575/slva575.pdf?ts=1711394055742 . For recommendations we have the design checklist https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slva611a/slva611a.pdf .
