Please let me know about meaning of failure mode;

・"OUT stack on" is equal to input ~ output short, is it correct?

・Are there any trends regarding "short circuit any two pins"?

　(For example, which pins are more prone to short circuits, etc.)

Hi Satoshi,

Out stuck on could be due to IN to OUT short or some logic issue where device is not getting disabled.

Adjacent pins will have more chances of getting short.

Is this report the result of an actual stress test?

Or is it a predicted value based on some kind of guideline?
