Hi all,

What is the expected failure mode in E-fuse in case of failure?

Open failure? Short failure?

If you have any experience, please let me know just for reference.

    Hi Ryusuke,

    If power source is not current limited then chances are of fail in short. If power source is limited then open condition may occur but it is rare. So fail in short is more probable.
