TPS51206: Undervoltage lockout value

Part Number: TPS51206
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS51200

Hi ,

We are planning to use TPS51206 in our design for powering x8 DDR4 13 Nos.

We have earlier used TPS51200 in other projects for DDR3.

TPS51200 has undervoltage lockout value of min 360mV as shown below in the datasheet:

My question is:

1. Does TPS51206 also has under voltage lockout threshold?

2. Does VTTREF pin TPS51206 truly tracks VDDQSNS pin and generate VDDQSNS/2 ? For example, if we take starting ramp up as a reference and let's say VDDQSNS currently ramps up to 0.6v only then will VTTREF be at 0.3v at that moment?

An early response is highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Lalit
