BQ25792: reduce the capacitance of PMID

I recommend switching over to BQ25798. BQ25792 was designed for embedded applications like smartphone.  BQ25792 does not support operations when battery is removable. 

Switching over to BQ25798 could prevent future issues. The IC's are pin to pin compatible, so there shouldn't be an issue swapping IC's.

This is not recommended. the PMID pin must have the minimum recommended capacitance:  3* 10uF, 1* 0.1uF capacitor
