Hi Team

Intel ARL-H power map (v0.7) for this power rail current rating，

now new project VDD2 Spec is 9.85A and TPS51488 min current limit is 8.2A，it is no sufficient.

Please provide your suggestion, thanks a lot

Hi Brian,

8.2A is the valley current limit value. So customers can obtain larger peak-to-peak inductor current by selecting a smaller inductor. This can be used in situations where the output current is 9.85A. But if the customer has such a design, please contact us to review the schematic and layout. Thanks.
