I have used a UCD90320 device in my system. We required .tifsp, .xml, .hex all three format for programming. Whenever I program the UCD with .hex file it gives over voltage fault in one of the rail and whereas for .tifsp and .xml is shows no faults in any rail.
The .xml file is generated from same .tifsp file only. How can I solve the issue?
