Hi,

We found TPS62A06 abnormal star up before EN<1.2V, is it normal?

Any condition may cause Vout early rise up?

Hi Jeff,

Yes, this is how it should work. You must drive EN above 1.2V to ensure that EN is high. But normally, it will be high below 1.2V.

No, this is not specified and can vary greatly based on the device or temperature, etc.

They should not rely on non-specified parameters to tune their timing. They need to make sure their system works with the specified timings. Can I help with that?

Hi Chirs,

We need check the lowest trigger voltage to make sure the TPS62A06 power enable later than other power rail.

Is possible to know the lowest trigger voltage?

The lowest logic high voltage, per the D/S, is 0.4V.
