The BQ24075 is not a good option for charging this specific coin battery because the battery regulation voltage cannot be modified from the 4.2V default.
Referring to the spec the below 2 parts are possible options.

do BQ 25170 have shipping mode function?
I find the datasheet have shipping mode address.
however below link refer the BQ25710 doesn't have such function
can BQ25790 be used in customer application? if they need shipping mode?

Hi Brian,
The BQ25790 has a minimum charge current of 50mA. Based on the battery spec provided this minimum current is too large. Typically for a small coin cell battery you do not need a switching charger.
do BQ 25170 have shipping mode function?
BQ25170 does not have shipping mode function and neither does BQ25185.
Does the customer need a standalone charger or is I2C controlled acceptable? The BQ25180 is I2C controlled, has ship mode, and supports 5mA min charge current.
