Hello,

Need Unencrypted PSPICE model (.lib) of LM61495-Q1 for Circuit simulation using Ansys tools. As i am performing Radiated emission simulation for our PCB, hence required unencrypted model to run observe results.

Kindly guide me through process to procure it.

Hi Shravan,

It is possible to get you an unencrypted, PSpice model, but I am afraid the nuances of the chip, specifically pertaining to noise performance may not be accurately reflected in the device model. Also, being that this is not public info, it would require an active NDA with your company and TI.

It is up to you, but, I would recommend referring to the datasheet plots, starting at figure 9-46 in the datasheet. The plots were taken against CISPR 25 Class 5 for both conducted and radiated emission on the EVM.

Thanks for the reply.

I had a look at the given waveform in the datasheet but I would prefer to simulate and view the behavior of the IC along with our developed PCB. This would help in understanding our design better.

So, if we are able to get unencrypted model , that would be great.

Also, Currently I am using a similar IC (LM43600) where Pspice model is available. Since, its major parameter such as switching frequency, output voltage is same as that of IC LM61495.
