Hello 

Do we have any LDO which could tolerate the 140 degree environment temperature and the 175 junction temperature.

If not any recommendation in high temperature tolerance LDO device.

    Hello Yuhao,

    This environment temperature would trigger overtemp for catalog LDOs and be very close to trigger it for automotive grade LDOs. 

    What is the Vin, Vout, and Iout here? Depending on this we might be able to find something that is automotive grade to fit here.

    Alternatively, we have a high-temp rated LDO with 100mA output current: TPS76901-HT
