Let me know the recommended reflow profile (for SMT soldering) as well as the recommended stencil for battery charger IC BQ25120F3AYFPT as we are proceeding with the next revision proto build by next Monday (8-Apr-2024) .

With regards to the stencil you can find the package description here.

I'm not sure we provide a recommended reflow profile but I'll look into it and update you if I find one.

Hi ,

There is no reflow profile diagram mentioned in the above "App note" link but mentioned as only "Standard reflow process".

I am looking for recommended reflow profile and one image is attached for reference purpose.

Hi Sudheer,

I believe J-STD-020 is a standard reflow profile which can be viewed on the JEDEC standard website. The profile is available on page 13 and 14 of the standard specification.
