Is it recommended to keep the 'APWM' pin16 floating if unused or advisable to connect to GND (pin9) ?

AIN pin is tied to COM.

Is there any issue in providing a strong pull-down to APWM by using a 5-10kΩ resistor to GND?

Hi Srijeeth,

APWM is output pin (analog PWM output) and hence it has to be kept open when not used, instead of connecting to GND with resistor as it increases VCC power consumption.
