Could you advise if there is a mandatory requirement for minimum RFBT value of LM62440-Q1?
it is described in the datasheet below, but I would like to use below 10kohm.
"Usually RFBT is between 10 kΩ and 1 MΩ."
This device automatically select Fixed voltage or adjustable voltage at start up, so I concern if selecting <10kohm causes any issue selecting adjustable output at startup.

This device does not automatically select between fixed output voltage or adjustable voltage at startup. The customer would need to order the correct OPN for a fixed 3.3V or 5V output option or an adjustable version. See below:
I don't see a problem using resistors values lower than 10Kohms but I would advise to be careful with the power rating of the top resistor. Also, using smaller value feedback resistors will mean a higher value feed-forward capacitor, if a feed-forward capacitor is being used.
